In order to insure a stress-free return, please mind the following rules and conditions:

Return conditions:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of use and must be returned in their original product packaging.

• On sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Ways to return:

• Email us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase (a receipt) within 14 days of receiving the item in order to initiate the return process.

• A return shipping address will be provided through e-mail.

• Return the item through a trackable shipping service (Orders can be returned using FedEx or DHL).

• As soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your refund/exchange will be initiated.

Exchange:

• You can exchange your item with an another item of equal value.

Refund:

• Credit will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Faulty and damaged goods:

• We handpick unique pieces from the source and our rugs are 100% handmade meaning that any kind of imperfections, or irregularities are part of the charm of the rugs. We also take pictures of the rugs in a way that is faithful to how they look in reality, and we package them with great care.

Order cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel any order you have placed before you have to contact us via e-mail within the following 12 hours, otherwise your order will be processed and dispatched.
